Use of cookies

1.1. This Notice sets out how cookies are used on the website https://hirevision.by (the “Website”) and on the Hire by Stafflow platform available at https://hire.stafflow.by, including the Licensees' career sites (the “Platform”).

1.2. The operator of personal data collected through cookies is the Limited Liability Company “CatLogic” (“CatLogic LLC”; UNP 193743532; 220073, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Kharkovskaya St. 15, office 311; e-mail: support@stafflow.by).

1.3. Cookies are small text files that are stored in a user's browser or on their device when they visit a website and make it possible to recognize the browser and device on repeat visits.

2.1. Strictly necessary (technical) cookies are used on the Website and on the Platform. They provide authorization, the user session, security and the storage of the user's cookie choice. Without them the Website and the Platform cannot work correctly, so they do not require consent and cannot be disabled. They are stored for the duration of the session or of the authorization period set in the Platform; the cookie that stores the user's choice is kept for up to 12 months.

2.2. Analytics cookies are used only on the Website and only with the user's consent. They make it possible to analyze the traffic and behavior of Website visitors in order to improve it. The following services are used:

• Yandex Metrica (LLC “YANDEX”, Russian Federation);
• Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA).

Analytics cookies are stored for up to 2 years, depending on the service. Analytics cookies are not used on the Platform.

3.1. On a first visit to the Website the user is asked to accept or decline analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are not set until consent is given.

3.2. The user may change their choice (withdraw consent) at any time via the “Cookie settings” link on the Website, and may also delete cookies and restrict their use in the browser settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4.1. Data collected by analytics cookies (the cookie identifier, IP address, browser and device information, and data on the pages visited) is transferred to the services listed in clause 2.2, whose servers are located outside the Republic of Belarus, including in states where an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects is not ensured.

4.2. By consenting to the use of analytics cookies, the user agrees to such cross-border transfer and acknowledges the associated risks: the recipient state may lack personal data protection legislation comparable to that of the Republic of Belarus and an authority protecting the rights of personal data subjects, and other mechanisms for protecting the subject's rights may also be absent.

5.1. This Notice is publicly available at https://hirevision.by/en/cookies and forms part of the Privacy Policy (https://hirevision.by/en/privacy-policy), which describes the rights of personal data subjects and how to exercise them.

5.2. The Licensor may amend this Notice. The new version takes effect when it is published.
